About Us

CHRIS

As the head of our household, Chris is currently managing a printshop in Draper where he has worked for the past 6 years. He loves his family and can't wait until he is off of work everyday to see us. He is such a wonderful father and I love watching him interact with Nolan, not to mention he is so helpful around the house and is always thinking about Nolan and me before himself.

In his spare time he enjoys reading, politics, cars, science and technology.  He is very active in our church and loves to serve people in the ward.  Chris is very sarcastic and makes me laugh everyday.  I am so lucky to be married to such a wonderful husband, father and provider.

LISA

Lisa works as a graphic designer at a scrapbook events and publishing company in Bluffdale, where she has been working for the past 2 years, and loves what she does. As a new mom, she spends her time taking care of Nolan. She loves her little Bug, and constantly does her best to comfort him.

In the small amount of spare time she has, she enjoys reading and attending book club, designing, watching movies, taking walks with the family, blogging, facebooking, and spending time with family and friends. She loves being afforded the opportunity to serve in church, and use her design skills to create the weekly programs. She is a great person and a wonderful example to me.

NOLAN

Nolan is just a month old, but it feels like we've had him for an eternity.  He is such a well tempered baby who enjoys eating, sleeping, tooting, and pooping. We have noticed that he is also very photogenic and every photo gets cuter and cuter and can't wait for his personality to develop.  He is such a joy in our lives and we are blessed to be his parents.

JACK

Jack is our little rescue dog of 3 years from the Humane Society.  When we got him he had severe pneumonia and kennel cough, but with a lot of love and caring we nursed him back to health.  He is such a mellow dog who acts more like a cat in the sense that he just wants to be petted and cuddled with.  He also came to us without a voice as his previous owner took out his voice box. While we wouldn't do that to an animal we can't complain that it was already done, especially since his breed (min pin) is quite yappy.

Jack loves playing ball and going for walks. He also loves to bury himself in blankets (and our bed).  He has such personality and whenever you say the word "TREAT" he perks up and tilts his head. He is also photogenic and it actually looks like he is smiling in pictures.  Chris and I love him so much as he was our "first child" and we are glad we made the decision to adopt him.
